Among her passions is providing coaching on building high-performing teams and hiring, supervising, mentoring, and sponsoring people outside of dominant in-groups.
• Heather founded Arusha Consulting in 2018. Arusha provides coaching and consulting services related to leadership, people management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to that, she held founding and executive roles at Chicago-based nonprofit organizations. She led each organization through a complete assessment and professionalization of its systems, processes, and people to enable generative and strategic approaches to mission.
